These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ImbaSlot ("ImbaSlot", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ImbaSlot website available at https://imbaslot.cam and all associated services, games, features and functionality (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, you further confirm and warrant that:

• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by ImbaSlot;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you accept sole responsibility for your wagering decisions.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with ImbaSlot, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity);
• You must be aged 21 years or above;
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable laws;
• You must not hold, nor have previously held, another account on the ImbaSlot platform;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of ImbaSlot, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You must not be listed on any applicable sanctions list or be subject to any court order that would prevent you from entering into binding agreements;
• You must have a valid payment method in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) registered in your name.

ImbaSlot reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport or other government-issued photo identification, and proof of residential address dated within the last three months.

Accounts opened by ineligible users will be suspended pending investigation. Any funds deposited by ineligible users will be returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable transaction fees, at ImbaSlot's sole discretion.

Each player may register only one personal account on the ImbaSlot platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — constitute a violation of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, without limitation, your full legal name as shown on government-issued identification, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, and your date of birth.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is complete. The KYC process requires:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or photograph of the registered e-wallet or bank account).

ImbaSlot may request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in temporary withdrawal restrictions until verification is finalised. KYC verification is typically completed within one to three business days.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ImbaSlot will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

ImbaSlot accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, processed through the following verified payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / Interbank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong and all FPX-participating banks
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and online banking methods. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are subject to prevailing network conditions and are stated at the time of transaction.

All deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt of funds. ImbaSlot does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose charges independent of our platform.

By depositing funds into your ImbaSlot account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the sole authorised owner of the payment method used. Any deposit suspected of originating from third-party, stolen or fraudulently obtained funds will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

ImbaSlot does not accept cash deposits, cheques, money orders or wire transfers from unlicensed money service operators. Credit card deposits may be subject to additional verification depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the account dashboard. All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except where ImbaSlot expressly approves an alternative arrangement.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Typically under 5 minutes following approval
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes following approval
• Direct Bank Wire: Typically 15–60 minutes following approval
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT): Subject to network congestion; typically 15–60 minutes

Processing times stated above are estimates only and may be affected by network congestion, bank processing schedules or additional verification requirements. ImbaSlot does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines.

Withdrawals will not be processed where any of the following conditions are unmet:

• KYC verification has not been completed and approved;
• Active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding;
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit for the Player's account tier;
• The account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

ImbaSlot offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

General Bonus Conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address and device;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met;
• Wagering requirements apply to the combined value of the deposit amount plus bonus amount, unless a promotion specifies otherwise;
• Bonus funds expire within the period stated on the promotion page (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue);
• ImbaSlot reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or systematic low-risk gameplay solely for bonus extraction ("bonus abuse"), is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.

ImbaSlot reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a promotion has been abused or obtained in breach of these Terms.

All games and betting markets available on the ImbaSlot platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules prior to placing wagers.

All casino games offered on ImbaSlot utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are regularly audited to ensure genuine randomness and fair outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

With respect to sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Live in-play betting decisions are final once confirmed. Network latency or connectivity issues are not grounds for bet cancellation;
• ImbaSlot reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to system error or human input error.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted based on account tier or promotional conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ImbaSlot platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple Account Operation: Registering, operating or benefiting from more than one account;
• Identity Fraud: Using false identity information, operating an account on behalf of another person, or impersonating any individual or entity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies, multiple account bonus claiming or any coordinated bonus extraction scheme;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, AI tools or any mechanical means to place bets or interact with the platform without human input;
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on any sporting event where you have knowledge of, or have participated in, the fixing of the outcome;
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to conceal, transfer or process proceeds of crime. ImbaSlot maintains active AML monitoring and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities;
• Hacking & System Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ImbaSlot systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform operations;
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing fraudulent chargeback claims with your bank or payment provider after placing bets on the platform.

ImbaSlot is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We recognise that gambling can cause harm for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing or distributing any content from the platform without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or extracting source code from any game or platform software;
• Using ImbaSlot's trademarks or branding in any manner that suggests association or endorsement without written authorisation;
• Scraping, crawling or systematically extracting data from the platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of ImbaSlot's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence. ImbaSlot vigorously enforces its intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ImbaSlot shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the Services;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, regardless of cause;
• Losses arising from network outages, server downtime, third-party payment processor failures or other circumstances beyond ImbaSlot's reasonable control;
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure;
• Decisions made based on information provided on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics and game information.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ImbaSlot's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In all other cases, ImbaSlot's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ImbaSlot provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy or reliability of the Services.

ImbaSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame;
• Submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity;
• Account activity that is inconsistent with normal recreational gambling patterns;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, ImbaSlot will endeavour to complete its review within 14 business days. The Player will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. Where termination results from a proven breach of these Terms, ImbaSlot reserves the right to retain any funds in the account as compensation for losses suffered.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of outstanding obligations) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

ImbaSlot reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions and administrative updates — may be implemented without prior notice.

Amendments take effect on the date stated in the updated version. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

Informal Resolution: In the first instance, Players are encouraged to raise any dispute or complaint directly with ImbaSlot's customer support team. Our team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

Formal Dispute Process: Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the Player may submit a formal written complaint by email to the address listed in Section 17 of these Terms. Formal complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 20 business days.

Arbitration: In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the above processes, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ImbaSlot from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
